What did the Vegan eat today?

Breakfast:
-coffee! (with my Silk brand soy creamer-french vanilla, and raw sugar)
-smoothie

Lunch:
-rotini pasta with sauteed zucchinni & red bell pepper, tossed in olive oil & garlic gomashio
-slice of whole wheat bread with almond butter

Snack:
-Odwalla bar ('Berries Go-mega'-yum)

Dinner:
-brown rice and steamed broccoli with Braggs & garlic
-red grapes
-chocolate soy milk

That's a great idea, Lea ('cause it ain't cheap!), but no-I get mine from Whole Foods.
And at 7 grams of protein per serving; worth every penny! :-)
