Breakfast:
-coffee
-smoothie (ran out of flax today, used oatmeal instead... hearty!)
Lunch:
-quinoa salad (so good a day later)
-Snap Pea Crisps
Snacks:
-Odwalla Bar
-chocolate soy milk
Dinner:
-Kashi brand frozen dinner; Black Bean Mango (my favorite 4-minute meal! But I do have to pick out the onions...)
-IZZE sparkling blackberry
