What did the Vegan eat today?

Breakfast:
-coffee
-smoothie

Lunch:
-cucumber & avacado rolls (veg sushi)

Snacks:
-pita chips

Dinner:
-pasta w/ broccoli & red bell pepper (olive oil & gomashio to taste)
-leftover quinoa salad (still yum!)
